Competitor Schedule

Saturday, August 29

4:00 pm : Check-In

 

The competition will take place in the backyard of the Arlington Moose Lodge.  Feel free to bring tents if you’d like for any naps you may need overnight! 

​

5:00 pm: Meat Lottery

 

All meats will be provided by the Arlington Moose Lodge. There will be a lottery system for teams to choose their cuts of meat. The time may be moved up if all competitors are present.

​

5:30 pm: Fire On

 

Grills and smokers can be started at 5:30 pm. Fires can be of gas, wood, or charcoal grills. Electric smokers allowed with personal generators. Open fires or fire pits are not allowed.

​

11:00 pm: Quiet Time

 

We respectfully request to lower volumes for the neighborhoods surrounding the competition.

Sunday, August 30

Tentative Turn-in time:

​

Pork 11:00 am

Ribs: 11:30 am

Brisket: 12:00 pm

Note: these times are subject to change given unforeseen circumstances. Please confirm with event coordinators upon check-in).

2:00 pm: People’s Choice

​

Please have food prepared and ready to serve by this time.

4:30: Award Presentation
